December 4 1999 Earthwork and footing excavation being done for the third Spec Building at Regio Parque Industrial in Apodaca N.L.. This 50,000 Sq. Ft. building should be available for leasing by late February. |

December 11 1999 Vico Technologies Incorporated has leased Regio Parque Industrial's first Spec Building. The CINL built 60,000 Sq. Ft. building was fitted with some modifications requested by Vico Tech. |
