	May 4 2000 Spec Building # 2 at Regio Parque Industrial is very close to completion and delivery. Currently only minor detail work are left to complete the facility. Please contact us for more information on leasing, buying or to plan a visit, we welcome all inquiries.



	May 11 2000 CINL announces Avenida Del Niño Industrial Development in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. This industrial development is located on Avenida del Niño in Matamoros. The initial building is to be a 40,000 sq. ft. facility, please contact us for more information.



	May 18 2000 Work continues on Spec building #3 at Regio Parque Industrial. Very clean job sites are one of CINL's trademarks, as can be seen on the photograph. The photo also captures the moment an insulated prefab concrete panels is being mounted into place.



	May 24 2000 Construcciones Industriales de Nuevo Laredo today started construction of the fourth Spec Building at Regio Parque Industrial in Apodaca, N.L..This dock high 134,000 sq. ft. facility is designed to house one or two tenant, and will be available in 16 weeks.



	May 25 2000 CINL and Clear H2O Environmental of Brownsville, TX have teamed up to provide integrated environmental solutions for our customers buildings. CINL and Clear H2O Environmental will work closely to provide customized environmental solutions.
