Regio Park 72,086 sqft Spec Building in Apodaca N.L.
September 4 2000
CINL began construction of a 72,086 Sq. Ft. Spec Building at Regio Park in Apodaca Nuevo León.
Among the the notable features of this dock high building are: 24 ft clear height, 89' x 33' column spacing, 3,562 sqft office area, 72,086 sqft production area.
       
Compactation and Earthwork for Regio Park Spec 72 Building

With earthwork construction began Regio Park's new 72,086 Sq. Ft. Spec Building. Regio Park offers an internal infrastructure that is the prototype of a World Class Industrial Park. This facility will be available for lease March 1st, 2001.
       
Concrete Panel Placement Regio Park at Multitenat Building

Placement of CINL's patented insulated prefab concrete panel walls at Regio Park's Multitenat Spec Building.
All of CINL's concrete panel walls have an integrated two inch polystyrene element to provide our customers energy efficient buildings.
       
Earthwork at Ramirez 54,000 sqft Spec Building

September 25 2000
With the completion of a concrete street, water and sewer lines, earthwork began on what will be the first building of Ramirez Industrial Park's Phase 2. This 54,000 sqft building is scheduled to be available for occupancy March 1st, 2001.
