In a 50-hectare surface of excellent land, construction of the inventory industrial buildings has already been designed and is now ready for occupancy.

There is also the technical capacity to construct built-to-suit industrial buildings in periods of time that are hard to match. The Park's internal infrastructure is planned to be the prototype of a World Class Industrial Park.

Nuevo León's industrial profile and specially that of Apodaca, has leaned toward the installation of high-tech companies, specially in industrial fields such as electric/electronics, telecommunications, plastic, automotive and auto-parts, textile and apparel production, and distribution centers, among others.
