April 10 2001 Regio Park's 134,000 sqft Spec building is now available for lessee occupancy. This brand new dock high building is ideally located in the Monterrey metropolitan area, and is designed to house a major distribution center. Monterrey area map here. |

April 17 2001 With the erection of most of the steel frame, NEXXUS XXI Industrial Park's Spec Building (53,000 sqft ) is beginning to take shape. CINL uses exclusively American Steel Building Co's prefab steel buildings and Galvalum roof decks, which are manufactured in Houston, TX. |

April 24 2001 Work on CINL's Apodaca Spec Building (143,000 sqft) was put on fast track schedule. CINL has committed a large amount of our Monterrey resources to finishing and delivering this project. |
