CINL utilizes a combination of imported prefab metal buildings (American
Steel Building Company) and our own patented insulated concrete panel
walls. The picture shows the majority of the steel frame in place at CINL's
Apodaca Spec Building.

Having finished the erection of the steel frame, work began on the placement
of CINL's patented prefab concrete panel walls at CINL's Apodaca Spec
Building. Our insulated concrete panel walls provide heating and cooling
energy savings value to all our buildings.

For all of May and most of the month June CINL has committed a large amount
of our Monterrey resources to finishing and delivering CINL's Apodaca
Spec Building. Shown is the the paint work (Jones Blair paint) on the
US manufactured steel frame,standard on all projects.

Installation of Galvalum U.S. Standing Seam roof deck at CINL's Apodaca
Spec Building. The roof deck is manufactured in Houston, TX by American
Steel Building Co., which supplies all of the prefab metal building components
CINL utilizes on our construction projects.
