55,445 sqft Spec Building at La Silla Industrial Park

CINL has teamed up with Consorcio Industrial de Exportación (CIESA), a shelter operator and industrial park developer to promote CIESA's La Silla Apodaca Business Park in Apodaca, N.L.. The initial venture will be a 55,445 sqft Spec Building in Apodaca.
       
Grease Monkey facilities in Matamoros Tamaulipas

CINL began construction of a Grease Monkey franchise in the city of Matamoros Tamaulipas. CINL wishes to thank Corporativo Hergu, S.C. for entrusting us once again with the construction of another of their facilities.
       
Use of EUCO's Light Reflective Surflex

EUCO's Light Reflective Surflex was used on CINL's Apodaca Spec Building concrete floor. Light Reflective Surflex is designed to increase reflectivity (in excess of 60%) to improve lighting levels in combination with increased abrasion resistance for easy maintenance.
       
Ramirez Spec Building Leased by Mervis Industries

Mervis Industries, a company dedicated "to the total recycling of many industry by-products", has leased CINL's Ramirez spec building in Ramirez Tamaulipas. CINL congratulates Mervis Industries on their new operations in northeastern Mexico.
