	October 4 1999 Finishing touches at our 50,000 Sq. Ft. Multitenant building at Star Industrial Park in Apodaca N.L. 25,000 Sq. Ft. of the building are still available for Lease.



	October 11 1999 Placement of CINL's patented insulated prefab concrete panel walls at Regio Parque Industrial 5,200 m2 Spec Building. This building will be available for lease upon its completion in late December 1999.



	October 18 1999 Construction of our 50,000 Sq. Ft. Spec Building at Star Industrial Park in Monterrey was concluded. Half of the building was Leased to Anchor Lock de Mexico. 25,000 Sq. Ft. of the building are still available for Lease.



	October 25 1999 The bulk of the construction work has been finished at our Ramirez Spec Building job site. This building will be available for lessee occupation on November 15 1999.
