September 3 1999 Construction progress at Ramirez Spec Building job site has reached 50% completion stage. This 50,000 sqft Maquila Facility will be available for leasing in October 1999. Ramirez Industrial Park is located 5 miles south of the Los Indios / Free Trade international bridge. |

September 10 1999 Erection of steel structure fabricated by American Steel Building Co. of Houston Texas, at Regio Parque Industrial construction site of a 5,200 m2 Industrial Building. This building will be available for lease upon its completion in late December 1999. |
